Personally I think its better that the babies are abandoned in a clean and safe environment as opposed to some other environment. ANd I think instead of placing the blame on the victims and those trying to alleviate their sufferings, people like the South Koren MP and the man who helps children reconnect with parents should look at the system that shames and actively forces women to abandon their children. The government should be doing what this man is doing.</p> <p>WIth the spike in abandonments they should open facilities that allow women to safely but anonymously give up their children, that way it
